Hey there, balloon enthusiast! We’re all about bringing you that satisfying crunch with our unique CrushEze products. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds:

• Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for damaged or defective items. If your CrushEze balloon isn’t quite what you expected, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo of the issue, and we’ll get a replacement sent your way ASAP!
• Defective Items: If the material inside the balloon is faulty or doesn’t function as expected, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement or issue a refund.

How to Return:

2. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item.
3. Once confirmed, we’ll send you instructions on how to send the item back.

Shipping Costs:
